What are we looking for?

SentinelOne seeks a high-energy, experienced technical content development professional to build online courses for SentinelOne product users. This role will work closely with others on the SentinelOne University Team and subject-matter experts across the company to create impactful courses. The ideal candidate has strong experience in instructional design, learning technology, adult learning theory, and cybersecurity. 

What will you do?

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify user requirements.
• Plan, design, and create training content, including written course materials, videos, labs, exercises, skill assessments, and certification exams.
• Keep content up-to-date to ensure learners understand the latest use cases and new product capabilities.
• Independently prioritize and execute project tasks systematically.
• Suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges.
• Become proficient with SentinelOne’s product portfolio.

What skills and knowledge you should bring?

• Exceptional content development skills, including written content, videos, exercises, and assessments,. Examples of prior work demonstrate the ability to organize and communicate complex information clearly.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with cybersecurity, data, or AI products.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically.
• The ability to work independently to achieve optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort.

Above And Beyond

• Strong technical background in cybersecurity, through a vendor or as part of a security team.
• Strong video production skills, from conception to final editing.
• Experience building assessments and certification programs.
• InfoSec or Cybersecurity Certifications, such as but not limited to CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSEC, CompTIA Security+.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$116,000—$160,000 USD
