Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator – CPQ
Location: Remote, USA
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ to help optimize our CPQ experience and ensure our revenue teams have the tools they need to succeed. We are growing fast and we are looking for someone excited to administer our CPQ instance and help with its launch, drive and implement processes within the tool, and provide recommendations. This position is integral to Everfox’s digital transformation, providing a great opportunity to play a role in the company’s successful growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a system administrator for Everfox’s Salesforce environment
- Function as the subject matter expert on CPQ, solving critical system issues and exploring new capabilities to meet business needs
- Administer and configure CPQ to support business workflows, product configurations, pricing models, and complex approval workflows
- Optimize and maintain CPQ and its core objects including quotes, contracts, orders, and subscriptions as well as any other custom objects.
- Manage product catalog, price books, discount schedules, and pricing rules within CPQ
- Customize CPQ templates, quote documents, and generation processes within CPQ
- Participate in the scoping, evaluation, and implementation of CPQ related projects and enhancements
- Develop and implement best practices for using Salesforce CPQ to support business processes and ensure data integrity
- Stay informed on Salesforce CPQ best practices and continuously look for ways to optimize the Everfox instance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for CPQ, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and process diagrams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification
- Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified (ADM211 is a plus but not required)
- Knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Shield, and CPQ
- Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team & growth-oriented mindset
- Possess the ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
- Aware of Salesforce Development concepts and tasks (Apex Classes and Triggers, Javascript, VisualForce, Web Service calls, etc.)
- Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce CPQ and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and design effective solutions
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to large groups
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$87,358.65-135,200.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
