We are looking for talent who can support our sales engagements for complex & competitive bids, drive value, collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants and Services Organization.
- The primary job of the candidate will be to provide presales support to the Bid Management Community and CT resources on ISMS specifically and other Standard Content domains.
- Focus on information security concepts, frameworks and standard like ISO 27001/2:2013,NIST and privacy frameworks(GDPR)
- Design, development and implementation of cyber security controls and information security policies, process and procedures.
- Contribute in internal control processes and operational performance related to ISMS needed.
- Interface with all Global counterparts on Security domain and facilitate obtaining information on related and relevant topics to perform risk assessments and mitigation support.
- Develop and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
- Work on Nokia way of follow ups to resolve any incidents that occur and ensure that these are responded to promptly, professionally and within agreed timeline needed.
- Conducting internal process audits, statutory compliance audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines.
- As the Security domain will be a part of the larger ‘Standard Content Support’ domain for GSS, the resource also would need to know about the other related domains of Standard Content.
- Respond to RFx containing generic security requirements for areas belonging to Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Information Security, SDLC etc.
- Red Lining Contracts by giving alternate proposals & highlighting implicit risk factors & cost obligations
- Provide presales support to the Bid Management Community and CT resources by interfacing with all Global counterparts on Security domains and obtaining information on related and relevant topics
- Maintaining repository of your answered responses for RFx/Contracts to aid automation
- Preparing Trend Analysis report for Security keywords
- Sound knowledge of information security concepts, frameworks and standard like ISO 27001:2013, NIST, GDPR
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication
- B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in design, development and implementation of information security policies, process and procedures is a plus
- Experience with DPA review & privacy impact assessments with a sound knowledge into privacy domain
- Should possess hands on experience in performing risk assessments & front ending Customer Audits with in depth knowledge of audit lifecycle & management. Require co-ordination with various internal stakeholders to successfully close any identified noncompliance & provide remediations. Overall end to end ownership of customer audits
- Must possess good understanding security requirements and solution falling under security domains like Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Should understand Global standards and regulations around information security
- Should have analytical capability to understand the requirements and respond with precise answers to meet customers’ requirements keeping inherent risk in consideration
- Knowledge of the security control processes and operational performance related to ISMS needed.
- Should be able to interface with all Global counterparts on Security domain and facilitate obtaining information on related and relevant topics to perform risk assessments and mitigation support.
- Should be able to articulate responses in a way that these are understood well by global stakeholders
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meet customer and internal deadlines for deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, communication skills desired. Should be a good team worker. Certification on ISO 27001 will be an added advantage. Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Proactive by nature.
- Should be able to innovatively seek answers from different sources to be able to gather difficult information’s required for response preparation for bids.
- Good hands on experience on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
