About the Team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service,finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Based on the understanding of internal systems and in alignment with the company's strategy and various departmental business scenarios, design internal systems related to compliance systems and retention policy.
- Conduct research and continuously monitor internal and external technologies, system designs, and practical solutions related to compliance; Develop comprehensive solutions tailored to specific business needs and draft detailed product requirement documents.
- Manage multiple compliance projects, including but not limited to minimal data collection, data permission reform, and data transparency/control mechanisms; Implement compliance and security strategies; Communicate cross-functionally to align resources and goals, ensuring the realization of compliance projects.
- Take responsibility for the product, function, or system, coordinate with all collaborators, work closely with engineering, legal, IT, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features that enhance compliance capabilities.
- Analyze user data and operational data to promptly identify and address various issues arising during the online and operational phases; Coordinate daily business and system work with the operations team and business team to promote continuous operation and enhance the efficiency of business systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Conceptual understanding of compliance.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- With a focus on compliance or a background in basic service platform products or BPM-related products is preferred.
- Experience in risk control is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong learning ability, quick thinking, clear logic, and a preference for analyzing the essence of things. Proficient in systematically solving problems.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $380000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
