About the Team
As part of Security Engineering team, the Security Engineering TPM team is responsible to drive and manage complex and cross functional high priority engineering initiatives. As a TPM, you will partner with engineering leaders and engineers to drive successful delivery of security projects and products. Also, TPM will drive security engineering program initiatives horizontally across the organization and plays a pivotal role in orchestrating collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
-Manage and scale security engineering programs by defining project milestones, success criteria, resourcing and driving the execution.
- Drive initiatives among cross-functional teams to define project requirements, and establish project scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are partnering with.
-Break large and complex projects down into manageable pieces, understand the end-to-end solution and drive the delivery
- Proactively identify and drive organization's engineering and operational process optimization

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of working experience in technical project management or software engineering.
- Strong sense of responsibility and highly focus on execution
- Familiar with engineering agile practice and general project management framework and tooling
- Experience working with engineering teams on software development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and be able to manage stakeholders across global teams.
-Familiar with information security areas is a plus (e.g. data security, infrastructure security, security compliance and other relevant fields)

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128160 - $304000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
