So, as Talkdesk grows and expands, market requirements around security and certifications increases and are more challenging. Therefore, to keep such pace, Talkdesk has the goal to continuously improve it’s security and use international certifications as best practice and as a baseline for those improvements. As part of the Information Security team, you will be facing several challenges, always supported by other team members and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and experience on several security frameworks and certifications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and increase of scope of the Talkdesk Security, Privacy and Business Continuity management system (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301)
  • Assist in the maintenance of other security certifications - mainly PCI DSS, SOC 2 
  • Assist with the implementation of ISO9001 certification
  • Assist with MS TEAMS Certification
  • Participate in projects to implement other security, privacy or business continuity standards or frameworks
  • Accompanying internal and external security and compliance audits 
  • Develop and support specific metrics/KPIs

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in implementing security standards such as ISO 27001
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification valued  
  • ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification valued 
  • Knowledge in ISO 22301, PCI DSS and ISO 27701
  • Highly organized and methodical
  • Risk based mindset
  • Good analytical skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments
