VP, Information Security Engineering and Operations (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

The Director of Security Operations and Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the operational and engineering aspects of Broadridge's cybersecurity efforts. This role will include managing security operations teams, driving the development and implementation of security technologies, and ensuring the organization's overall security posture is robust and responsive to emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the security operations and engineering teams.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and more.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate security operations efforts, including monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of security practices into all areas of the organization.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and threat intelligence.
• Prepare and present regular security status reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing security operations and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
