Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) Specialist
Tasks
- Advise teams on identity security best practices
- Automate posture checks with APIs and scripts
- Build ISPM dashboards and KRIs
- Coordinate role redesign and least privilege enforcement
- Document playbooks and runbooks
- Identify and track excessive privileges and dormant accounts
- Improve MFA coverage and conditional access
- Integrate ISPM insights with ticketing and workflow tools
- Integrate with SIEM and SOAR
- Maintain identity exposure register and enforce SLAs
- Mature ISPM capability
- Monitor identity posture and exposures
- Present posture trends and remediation progress
- Produce audit ready reporting and artifacts
- Provide audit evidence for identity controls
- Strengthen privileged role controls and entitlement cleanup
- Triage and prioritize identity risks
