A career in our Integrated Risk and GRC Technology practice, within our Digital Risk Solutions business, will provide you with an opportunity to gain an understanding of an organization's objectives, regulatory and risk management environment, and the diverse needs of their critical stakeholders. We focus on helping organizations look deeper and see further considering areas like culture and behaviors to help improve and embed controls. In short, we seek to address the right risks and ultimately add value to their organization.Our team helps business leaders drive effective governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programmes through our Integrated GRC technologies transformation initiatives. As a part of the team, you’ll help combine advanced data analysis and leading risk technology tools to offer our clients a sustainable yet high quality and efficient approach to managing their GRC programs. By integrating disconnected risk and compliance programs and unifying fragmented technology solutions, our clients gain an enterprise-wide view of risk and are better equipped to respond to regulatory needs while balancing cost-takeout and digital transformation of risk management.

We are seeking a Senior Manager interested in joining our dynamic team as a risk professional. Candidates must have a strong commitment to providing excellence in client service and a demonstrated ability of producing high quality results.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a GRC Technology Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage large, complex projects with onshore/offshore teams to deliver GRC, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Compliance Technology projects. This includes leading the design, development, and implementation of GRC/IRM technology solutions that align with client risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementations of platforms like Workiva, Diligent Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, etc. to meet client-specific needs.
Oversee the full lifecycle of GRC/IRM technology projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing risks and addressing issues as they arise.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams (functional, technical and business) by coaching and guiding team members.
Manage and mentor a team of managers, senior associates, associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right skill sets are matched to project needs, and support team members in achieving their career goals.
Lead business development and sales efforts, including contributing and collaborating with practice leadership in business development by identifying new opportunities for GRC/IRM technology services within existing and potential clients. Actively collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch GRC/IRM solutions to potential clients, leveraging your technical expertise to win new business. Demonstrate strong connections in the market to support growth of the practice.
Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on GRC/IRM technology solutions by understanding client needs and tailor PwC’s GRC Technology services to meet those requirements, driving client satisfaction and business growth.
anage relationships with GRC/IRM technology vendors and partners, ensuring that third-party solutions align with our client needs and practice strategy. Lead and collaborate on sales opportunities with Vendor sales and alliance teams.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Minimum 8+ years in business or technical management of requirements and implementation experience with Workiva, Diligent Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or another leading IRM/GRC/Compliance solution.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with GRC / compliance use-cases/modules, for instance, Cyber Security Assurance, Security Operations, Incident Management, Internal Controls / Internal Audit, Regulatory Obligations, Compliance Risk Assessments, Compliance Monitoring, Policy Management, and regulatory reporting.
Extensive experience in delivering complex technical projects.
Minimum 6+ years of experience as a GRC Technologist or Solution Architect.
Experience in leading quality assurance, full software lifecycle testing and guiding user acceptance testing (UAT) within projects.
Strong communication skills, including report writing, challenging, influencing, and presenting to senior management and in formal committee settings. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make independent decisions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven ability and experience in coaching, counselling, and guiding other team members.
Demonstrate strong connections in the market to support growth of the practice. Proven track record of supporting client pursuits including preparing proposals, leading orals presentations and leading presentations to senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term business relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
