Cybersecurity Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures
• Lead the cybersecurity team and oversee day-to-day operations
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify potential weaknesses
• Manage and respond to information security incidents promptly and effectively
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into various aspects of the organization
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing information security programs
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, concepts, and technologies
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
