Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Information Security team as an Associate Information Security Analyst. This position will primarily focus on responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) as well as addressing client, vendor, and internal stakeholder inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Some background in information security principles would be a plus.

Job Duties:

• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs,DDQ)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive responses to RFPs.
• Ensure RFP responses adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to address technical aspects of RFPs.
• Ensure Comprehensive and Timely Responses in regard to InfoSec’s Responsibilities for Vendor Annual Recertifications:
• Work with the Vendor Management Team (Procurement) to coordinate the InfoSec portion of all annual recertification processes.
• Communicate with VMO and vendors to collect necessary documentation and ensure timely completion of recertifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of RFP response tools or software (Jira, Loopio) is a plus.
• Certifications are desirable but not required.

Working Conditions:

• This position is a hybrid, based in the Hyderabad, India. Requiring 2 days a week in the office.
• The Information Security Analyst may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent situations.
• Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, training, or conferences.
