DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Are you looking for an interesting DevOps engineering role where you can learn on the job, enhance your capabilities and contribute to some key financial platforms?   

In this role your tasks will include to support day-to-day operational work but also includes project-related work in a multinational environment where you can count on an established team that seeks additional engineering support.

 

In this role you will:

• With your team colleagues ensure that systems and infrastructure are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Support performing root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
• Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that end to end development follows established processes and works as intended
• Support implementation and deployment of software, updates, fixes, and after months of experiences made on the job, provide Level 3 technical support to improve customer experience by reducing the occurrence of errors
• Operate cloud infrastructure (IaC, performance/cost optimizations,…)

About You

You possess fluency in English and have a results-oriented mindset. You demonstrate a willingness to enhance your skills and knowledge concerning the platforms you'll work on, understanding both their technical aspects and their business applications from our partners' perspective. You are a proactive and creative problem solver who knows when to seek assistance and likes to work in a team with Senior Dev Ops Engineers.

 

The interesting skills we are looking for include:

• First experience with public and private cloud infrastructure (Azure, Cloud Foundry)
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Working experience with a CI/CD setup
• Work with databases like MSSQL, Oracle or Mongo DB
• Good communication skills to support our internal clients with their inquiries and incidents
• Up to 4 years of work experience

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,700 and EUR 4,400 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

•            the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

•            the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
