YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead a Blue Team in continuous cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, ensure swift incident response, and improve security monitoring and threat detection processes.

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of the Blue Team.
• Supervise security incident response, ensuring rapid and effective response times.
• Implement and enhance security monitoring and threat detection processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive security operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to security operations.
• Develop and maintain Use Cases.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of Use Cases.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in cybersecurity or security operations management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and incident response techniques.
• Experience/ability to create and manage team schedules, ensuring full shift coverage.
