We are looking for an IT Security Specialist with an analytical mindset to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of an international team, eager to support our mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected.

 

About this opportunity


At IAM we provide centralised and standardised IAM services, and act as a single point of contact for all units within Nordea acquiring these services. IAM belongs to the Cyber Security area within Nordea. 

 

The Onboarding and Integrations team consists of dedicated IT Security Specialists, Product Owner and Scrum Master. We analyse, support and onboard Nordea applications to the IAM controls, thus enabling Applications Owners to fulfil Compliance requirements put on them by the Bank and regulations.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Support Application Owners with the Onboarding of their applications to the IAM controls, predominantly to the IIQ system 
  • Analyse and coordinate complicated questions related to Application Onboarding 
  • Together with the team, own our procedures and instructions and collaborate with Process Owners to keep these relevant
  • Be the IT Security specialist when it comes to IAM controls and onboarding
  • Have close collaboration with the PO and SM in order to help them set realistic goals and support Projects and Audit request 
  • Work with constant improvements in our ways of working and processes

Your experience and background:

  • Experience working with IAM solutions and processes
  • Good knowledge about IAM
  • Understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycle
  • Experience working cross-borders with different cultures
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe is a must
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must

 

Location
Workplace for this role can be either Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo or in the TriCity Area in Poland. We offer high flexibility in remote work, although expected two days per week at the office.
