Job Description

As a QA Architect in CyberArk's R&D department, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining quality work procedures, executing both manual and automated tests, and leading the team for the highest quality standards.

• Serve as a senior QA professional in an agile R&D team
• Define QA work procedures and guidelines, and design the whole testing process for the team
• Be involved in the entire development life cycle
• Review new designs, challenge them to detect potential quality concerns and propose ways to address them
• Plan, define and execute tests as part of the team’s QA related activities (both manual and automatic)
• Assist the team in defining acceptance criteria and DoD
• Create test-plans to decide what steps are needed to increase confidence
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs using appropriate tools.
• Track and manage the bug lifecycle from discovery to resolution, ensuring timely communication with the PO and development team.
• Own the quality of the released product
• Analyse and challenge existing testing coverage (manual and automatic tests)
• Monitor the test and production environments, using DevOps tools

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in QA positions
• Wide perspective of complex product solutions (business, technical, architecture)
• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems (manual and automatic)
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies
• Passion for quality and for envisioning the customer’s experience of the product
• Being a self-learner, with good technical skills and high attention to details
• Being a team player, eager to collaborate closely with the developers in the team, product owners and with other QA professionals to achieve the highest quality results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English
