Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a FMS Analyst in Stafford, VA. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. 

 

The Foreign Military Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the PM AAA Team with all aspects of Program Management to include the following:

  • Acquisition strategy research, drafting and updating documents for FMS Programs, and maintain configuration control of those documents on the PM AAA portal.
    • Assist the Government in the creation, updating, and tracking of acquisition and program documentation (e.g., program briefs, organizational charts, staffing spreadsheets).
    • Candidate shall review all documents for grammar, spelling, and technical content as it applies to DoD policies, and provide recommended changes.
  • The candidate will develop briefs for the FMS Team to include the following: IPT briefs, Congressional briefs, MS briefs, Gate Review briefs, and Program Management Reviews.
    • Maintained edit and configuration control of documents and briefings, not limited to proofreading and comment consolidation, proper storage, and tracking status through final approval.
  • The candidate will update and maintain FMS top level program schedules as well as various detailed schedules to support brief development.
  • The candidate will participate in all pre-brief meetings associated with the brief development, capture recommended changes, and incorporate those changes into the brief.
    • Participate in meetings with program stakeholders to discuss ongoing activities, present input, and record actions

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years Program Analysis Experience 
  • Experience with DoD and Marine Corps policies related to document formatting, style, and content requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is required.
  • Researched and developed acquisition strategy and generated input and updates to acquisition and program documentation

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
