Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented leader to join our team supporting a large U. S. Government program in Huntsville Alabama.

ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.

The ISSO team is responsible for maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for applications and systems across EDAS. As a Senior Information System Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of the systems. You should be familiar with the FBI Agile ATO process and have experience with RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage extensive evaluations of major information security networks and prepare evaluation reports.

  • Present recommendations to stakeholders based on evaluation findings.

  • Conduct trade-off analyses of products to determine optimal information security solutions for clients.

  • Provide consulting services on a wide variety of information assurance topics.

  • Prepare remedial options and supervise the correction of information security shortfalls.

  • Work independently in an expert role at customer sites.

  • Ensure compliance with the FBI Agile ATO process.

  • Utilize RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM for information security management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 7-9 years of directly related experience in information security.

  • Strong expertise in evaluating information security networks and preparing evaluation reports.

  • Experience in presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of trade-off analyses for information security product selection.

  • Consulting experience in information assurance.

  • Familiarity with the FBI Agile ATO process.

  • Proficiency in RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance.
