What You Bring: 

• Excellent communication in English and preferably also in Dutch;
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM, with at least 2 years focused on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including user authentication, authorization, directory services, and identity lifecycle management, problem solving mindset;
• Experience in developing and implementing IAM architecture for cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) that aligns with organizational security policies and industry best practices;
• Experience in designing secure access control models, including role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege principles;
• Experience in architecting solutions for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation in cloud environments, configure IAM tools and services within cloud domain;
• Experience in automating IAM processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, Integrate IAM solutions with cloud services and applications to ensure consistent identity management

Good To have

• Experience with identity federation technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect;
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform);
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and regulatory requirements;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certification Required:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
• Any cloud Security Certification – 1 of below
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
