Security Architecture:
- Spearhead and design the implementation of security architectures that safeguard the company's critical intellectual property and operational infrastructure, ensuring resilience against advanced cyber threats and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture strategy - aligned with the company's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior management on security architecture and technology investments.
- Ensure security architecture frameworks are integrated into all stages of system development and deployment.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess security risks, and address through ensuring appropriate architectural solutions with appropriate security controls
- Oversee the implementation of security controls and ensure their effectiveness through regular assessments and audits.
Policy and Standards:
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines, including reference architectures, to ensure consistent and effective security practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the semiconductor industry.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead a security architecture team that includes specialties such as network, application, data, and cloud security fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, and manufacturing, to integrate appropriate security practices into business processes and projects.
Technology Evaluation and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging security technologies and trends and evaluate their applicability to the company's security architecture.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in security practices and technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for security architecture-related matters with internal and external stakeholders, including internal boards, committees and governance structures.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for executives, employees, and partners.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on architecture-related matters.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on security architecture at an enterprise level.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures in complex IT and OT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, application security, and data protection.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
