We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Governance Working Student (all genders) to support our Information Security team. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Management, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Working Student Information Security Governance (all genders), you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our risk, asset, and control registers, preparing the teams for audits, and addressing customer supply chain security inquiries. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the field of Information Security while contributing to the company’s mission of advancing innovative solutions that support sustainable transportation.

Your Tasks
Risk, Asset, and Control Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s risk, asset, and control registers.
Perform data entry and management within our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool.
Support the identification and documentation of information assets, associated risks, and controls.
Audit Preparation:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for both internal and external audits.
Assist in the development and organization of audit documentation, including process documentation and policy formatting, and evidence.
Participate in pre-audit reviews and provide recommendations for addressing potential gaps.
Customer Supply Chain Audits:
Support the Information Security team in responding to customer security questionnaires and supply chain audits.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely responses.
Track and document customer audit findings and assist in follow-up actions.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of information security principles, risk management, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally tools like Visio or draw.io (Bonus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- English
- additional European languages, in particular German, are a plus

Onsite in BerlinHybrid system:
- 1 day per week at the office, 2 days remote
