Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Associate IT Compliance Analyst for compliance Team. This person will be responsible for assisting in evaluating the company's data privacy risks and support the development and implementation of solutions to minimize those risks.  Analyze basic records, reports, regulations, and operating practices and issues. Reports on regulatory control adherence.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field or year for year directly related experience 
  • 1 year experience in IT risk management, audit, or security with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance 

We have a preference for:

  • Knowledge of data privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation 
  • Self-motivated team player who is solutions orientated and can motivate others to meet deadlines and move tasks forward 
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and with the ability to work with minimum supervision 
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with all personnel across the business, including senior management and across global timelines 
  • Able to focus on the smaller details whilst retaining awareness of the bigger picture 
  • An interest in data and how new regulations are shaping how companies collect and use personal data 

The Associate IT Compliance Analysts key responsibilities are:

  • Operate and manage the Application Data Protection Program, escalating issues as necessary 
  • Assist in compliance evidence collection for regulation audits 
  • Ensure appropriate assessments are issued on time and support the business with completing assessments. 
  • Generate reports on compliance findings 
  • Assists in the creation of guidance and training articles to enable the use of the system and completion of assessments across the business. 
  • Provide support for data inventories and maps. 
  • Assist in conducting data privacy risk and impact assessments. 
  • Security Framework Audits (CIS, PCI, SOC I/II) 
  • Conduct IT Policy Audits for adherence  
  • Assist in Application/Website Compliance Testing 
  • Assist in any Third-Party Audits, including services with reputational scoring (Security Scorecard) 
  • Works with other Analysts to manage Vendor Risk assessments and report on risks or gaps in dependencies 
  • Support in the auditing of cookie classifications and adherence for select externally-facing websites.
