IT Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Information Security Manager: Execute routine security checks regularly at the contact center.
• Security Reporting: Produce security checking reports on a regular basis.
• Security Initiative Deployment: Ensure all information security initiatives are deployed properly according to a defined timeline.
• Incident Management Assistance: Assist in managing and coordinating the security incident response, handling, and investigation processes.
• Security Assessments: Assist in conducting or managing information security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and independent penetration tests on infrastructure.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Higher Diploma or above in Information Security or a related IT discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including familiarity with Information Security frameworks/standards such as ISO, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Professional Certifications: Relevant qualifications, such as CISSP or CISA, will be an advantage.
• Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactivity and Communication: Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
