GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Intelligence Analysis:

    • Analyze and synthesize information in line with ICD 203 analytical standards,

    • Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis focusing on emerging threats and threat trends

    • Utilize knowledge of the intelligence community (IC) mission, capabilities, and partners for effective research and analysis

  • Briefing and Communication:

    • Provide briefings to senior executives on strategic intelligence and force protection matters

    • Develop and deliver executive briefs to Department of Defense (DoD) and other senior leaders

  • Liaison and Program Development:

    • Employ data-supported storytelling techniques to report results and provide context

    • Employ facilitation techniques to draw out diverse perspectives and achieve consensus.

  • Research and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement plans with actionable outcomes, aligning with the "Always Be Closing" principle

    • Support collecting and analyzing raw information for finished intelligence products

    • Leverage knowledge of customer and adversary for targeted research on threat vectors.

  • Operational Support:

    • Coordinate and craft intelligence requirements to address identified information gaps

    • Monitor and integrate information from various IC partners to support intelligence products

    • Tailor information and intelligence products to meet unique requirements of decision-makers

    • Continuously gather feedback to improve intelligence product creation and delivery.

    • Promote knowledge-sharing culture and encourage employees to contribute to the knowledge base.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on emerging threats and force protection,

  • 10+ years of experience in briefing senior executives on strategic intelligence matters,

  • Deep understanding of the intelligence cycle and IC capabilities,

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills,

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.

  • Master's degree in foreign policy/international relations, homeland security, or related discipline. (Bachelor's degree with additional experience acceptable)


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Collections Management , Intelligence Planning, and/or Understanding Targeting Cycle, AT/FP Training


CLEARANCE:

  • TS/SCI minimum
