Job Description

Should have excellent communication skills

Proven hands-on network engineering experience

Deep Hands-on to understand the incident and troubleshooting with SLA

Deep understanding of networking routing protocols (e.g., Static, BGP, OSPF)

Deep Hands-on and understanding of Juniper EX switch ICCP, ICL, MC-LAG, Vlan Creation, LACP, Image Upgrade

Deep Hands-on experience on Juniper EX and Cisco network devices e.g. router, switch

Deep Hands-on experience on Juniper SRX Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls E.g., Firewall Mode, Access Rules, HA, NAT-PAT

Deep Hands-on experience on Juniper Wi-Fi/Juniper Mist Dashboard and Access Point

Deep Hands-on experience Juniper Sky Enterprise

Deep Hands-on experience on IPSEC VPNs

Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

Knowledge on Palo Alto will be an add on advantage

Assist in creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)

Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database

Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
