Product Security Expert (f/m/d) for SAP Cloud ALM - Operations

What you'll do:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Security Expert to serve as a Security Coordinator for SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run. You will collaborate with international teams and focus on:

• Acting as the security authority for ALM Operations.
• Supporting developers and managers throughout the development cycle with security expertise.
• Advising on and reviewing new feature developments, conducting threat modeling workshops, and ensuring security compliance.
• Overseeing security testing programs, including penetration tests, bug bounties, and FioriDAST.
• Reviewing and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Providing consolidated security posture and compliance release statements.
• Researching latest trends and recommending continuous improvement solutions.

What you bring:

• Experience: Over 7 years in information security, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of information security principles, practices, technologies, risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability scans.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with security tools like CodeQL, Checkmarx One, Mend.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Shell) and experience with IDEs and GitHub.
• Security Knowledge: Desired experience in network, OS, database, application, and orchestration security.
• Attributes: Curious, adaptable, quick learner with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Project Management: Effective time management and collaboration skills.
• Language: Excellent communication in both German and English.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+ are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines.
