Cybersecurity Analyst

Job description

We are looking for several Cybersecurity/Information Security Analysts to support various projects and initiatives to implement the company's cybersecurity requirements. You will be responsible for leading risk and status analyses for existing environments and systems, as well as participating in ad hoc risk assessments. You will also contribute to the production and updating of cybersecurity processes, policies and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years' experience as an analyst. Good technical experience is preferable - we're looking for people who not only understand WHAT, but also WHY.

We're looking to build a team capable of covering diverse enterprise environments, such as cloud, on-premises infrastructure, telecoms, endpoints, software development, etc. Diverse experience is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Support asset owners as well as projects and initiatives in understanding and implementing corporate cybersecurity requirements.

• Produce risk analyses and help teams address risks and implement mitigation measures.

• Conduct technical cybersecurity analyses of environments under his/her responsibility and produce recommendations for controls to be revised or implemented.

• Help teams document and update security measures for the company's various assets.

• Participate in the development of the company's cybersecurity policies, guidelines and standards.

• Participate in the implementation and review of the company's various cyber processes, with the aim of continuously improving our maturity.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in cybersecurity.

• Certifications in CSSP, CISM, is considered an asset.

• Ability to communicate and explain cybersecurity to project stakeholders.

• Ability to write quality documents and analyses.

• Good Team player.

• A constant desire to learn, to improve and to improve the company.

• Bilingual, French and English, both written and spoken.
