Core IAM Ops - Active Directory Operations Specialist
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering on platform improvements
- Conduct disaster recovery tests
- Fix incorrect directory data
- Handle user enquiries
- Maintain incident response procedures
- Maintain operational documentation runbooks
- Manage directory service incidents monitoring and replication
- Operate maintain and resolve Active Directory incidents
- Operate maintain and resolve Entra ID incidents
- Provide technical operational support for Active Directory
- Provide technical operational support for Entra ID
- Support deployment of secure directory platforms
- Support follow the sun operational model
- Support internal and external audits
