As an Information Security Analyst at EBANX, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting, Developing, and Maintaining a Global Awareness Program: Lead the full cycle of our Information Security, Privacy, and Data Protection Awareness Program to educate and engage EBANX employees, developers, and third parties. 
• Monitoring and Maintaining Awareness KPIs: Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Awareness Program to ensure its effectiveness and impact.
• Creating and Leading Phishing Simulation Campaigns: Design, implement, and analyze phishing simulation campaigns to assess and improve the security awareness of our workforce.
• Conducting Training: Deliver targeted training sessions to EBANX employees and third parties on critical aspects of information security, privacy, and data protection.
• Supporting Audits: Assist in audit preparations and ensure that security and privacy controls meet the standards required by certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27018, and PCI DSS.
• Governance Activities: Contribute to the drafting, reviewing, and updating of policies and documentation to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.

What is indispensable for the job?

• Knowledge of Information Security Awareness: Proven experience in developing and managing security awareness initiatives.
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with compliance requirements, particularly PCI DSS, and experience with security control frameworks such as the ISO/IEC 27000 series.
• Strong Communication and Project Management Skills: The ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly and manage awareness projects effectively.
