About the Team

Sr Associate Software Engineer (Applications) is responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing Identity and access management solutions using SSO technologies like Okta, Active Directory and LDAP. The Engineer will be joining an Identity and automation team that is managing IAM area and automating identity provisioning/deprovisioning employees, customers and partners in automated fashion.

About the Role

  • Create roadmap for a modern Identity and Access Management program with Cloud first approach focusing on privleged and service account management.

  • Work on architecting,  configuring and managing IAM services at an Enterprise level

  • Work on continuous improvement of IAM policies, procedures and technology

  • Ensure developed solutions align with Global Security policies and standards

  • Develop solution to provide best user experience to end users like employees, partners, suppliers and customers

  • Implement SSO for Cloud, on-prem and custom applications using standards like SAML, OpenID, SWA, OAuth etc.,

  • Implement full scale Privilege Account Management across all IT applications, including lifecycle manaement, UAR, and zero trust policies.

  • Responsible for governance of the overall IAM program; ensuring the team meets its operational objectives

  • Keep learning and stay ahead with access management industry, technology and security trends

  • Support audit activities including presenting audit result findings to executives & stakeholders

  • Should able to confidently present solutions, project and operational status to key business, security and IT stakeholders

  • Provide mentorship to junior team members

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 8+ years of equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leading IAM at an Enterprise level

  • Automation using Powershell, shell, perl, or Java etc

  • Strong understanding  in Directory services like Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

  • Expertise in Okta and/or certifications

  • Expertise or certifications in privilege account management tools like Deinea, CyberArc or equivalent

  • Knowledge of compliance standards like NIST, FedRamp etc., is a big plus

  • Security certifications like CISSP would be plus
