About the Role: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Manager to support our Cyber/Breach Solutions team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with strong operational and program management skills who is ready to take on a challenging, fast-paced environment. The Program Manager will assist in driving operations, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of our breach and cybersecurity solutions. This role offers growth potential, with opportunities to advance into a more senior position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Cyber/Breach Solutions team, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of assigned programs by coordinating with breach partners on contracting, setup, onboarding, training, invoicing, and solution adoption processes.

  • Client Interaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and effective execution of solutions, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Drive client satisfaction by delivering flawless execution

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance and streamline internal operations, contributing to overall efficiency and scalability.

  • Contract Management: Support the execution of contracts and pricing for assigned programs, ensuring compliance and profitability.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on program performance, operational metrics, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improvements.

What you bring to the table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

  • Experience: 3+ years of program management, project management, or operations experience, with a preference for experience in the Cyber and/or Data Breach industry.

  • Skills:

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

    • Experience with revenue tracking, contract management, and process improvement.

    • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Pay range for this position is $84,000 - $120,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
