Within GBL CIS TOM, Cyber Run activities follow our strict run principles and are seamlessly established in Managed Services. The Cyber Security Engineer monitors the security activities and configurations within our projects and Cyber Run. In this position, you can act in multidimensional roles as an engineer, architect and consultant. You ensure an increasing level of security within our customers' services/projects, are in contact with important stakeholders across the organization and act independently in the assigned tasks as a coordinator for security activities and control processes. You enjoy working in a dedicated team, are communicative and report to the team lead or the responsible head of service engagement within our Global Delivery Center (GDC).

Responsibilities:

• Working in a dedicate team for our European & international clients, as part of our Security in Spain
• Ensure that the services are delivered in line with the contractual deliverables / obligations
• Develop a culture of improvement, learning and productivity
• Drive & innovate the implementation and automation plans
• Establishing a strong network within Capgemini
• Creating a strong client intimacy and network within the client organization
• Identify and document requirements of security tools and infrastructure
• Implement and maintain security tool set and access controls
• Develop SOC solutions and integrations
• Test and document and deploy SOC solutions and integrations
• Maintain SOC solutions and integrations
• System administration of security tools and other cyber defense systems

Qualifications/Certifications:

• 5 years of progressive experience in a leading role in the IT infrastructure environment, or evidence of rapid progression with industry recognised training and certifications, spanning areas from security engineering, delivery engagement / business management (project)
• State of the art knowledge of Cyber Security
• Broad understanding of technologies and Cloud infrastructure, security solutions and delivery within a broad range of infrastructure services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Certifications or an equivalent certification: At least one required, training will be provided for others as appropriate.
  • Security Essentials, Certified Windows Security Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, UNIX Security Administrator, Certified Enterprise Defender or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • STIX (Structured Threat Information Expression) or TAX 2
  • ITIL/ISO 2700x foundations, MITRE Att&ck or optional Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA)
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Tool related experience or certification:
  • Identity and Access Management/Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Network and Application Security
  • Email-, Web-, and SaaS Security
  • Data Security and Data Loss Prevention
  • Cloud & Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Strong client facing skills
• Fluent English language skills
