JOB PURPOSE

  • Physical protection of all company assets and the safeguarding of all customer goods within Ninja Parcel network. Development of and ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures, Highlighting potential performance issues through audits and investigations.
  • Developing and delivering annual area loss prevention plans and all loss prevention activities within a defined network area supporting other area plans where required. Focusing on plan execution, incident management, cost benefits of loss reduction, customer retention and development.
  • Collation and dissemination of intelligence, management and customer information. Analysis and investigation of patterns and incidents of fraud and loss. Development of plans to respond, reduce and prevent fraud and loss.
  • Support the development and delivery of loss prevention tactical solutions. Highlighting new technology, innovation and methodologies where identified.
  • Responsibility for overseeing the Security Operations Centre and outsource Security company KPI ensuring all are aligned to the business needs continuously.
  • Work closely with the Prevention, Development & Analytical Manager (full support and assist) in design and delivery of a second hub ensuring get it right first time is achieved.
  • Maintain Security system equipment (CCTV, Access Control,etc) to ensure the device works properly as needed.
  • Liaison with clients, police and other enforcement or regulatory agencies (will be more considered), supporting their requests.

Requirements

  • D3 or Bachelor’s degree from any fields
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Investigation, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Have ability and and proven track record as Security Compliance
  • Perform on leadership, managing large team
