Position Overview:

As an ERP Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our SAP/JDE systems. You will work closely with the IT and security teams to protect sensitive data, maintain user access controls, and mitigate security risks within the SAP/JDE environment.

1. SAP or JDE Security Administration:

   - Manage user access and authorization in SAP or JDE systems.

   - Create, modify, and delete user roles and profiles.

   - Implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines for SAP environments.

   - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

2. Security Policy Compliance:

   - Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

   - Monitor and report on security compliance metrics.

   - Implement and enforce SAP or JDE security best practices.

3. Incident Response and Troubleshooting:

   - Investigate and respond to security incidents in SAP or JDE systems.

   - Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve security-related issues.

   - Perform root cause analysis and recommend remediation actions.

4. Security Enhancement:

   - Stay up-to-date with SAP or JDE security trends and threats.

   - Propose and implement security enhancements and improvements.

   - Participate in SAP system upgrades and projects from a security perspective.

5. Documentation and Training:

   - Maintain documentation of SAP or JDE security configurations and policies.

   - Provide training and guidance to SAP users and IT teams on security best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP/JDE security administration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex security issues and provide practical solutions.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Professional certifications in JDE security administration (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) and/or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
