You will be working to secure a predominantly SAAS based environment, with systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Netsuite (ERP) , Salesforce and Spinklr (CRM)

This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity to make it your own.

What you’ll be doing at Elvie:

  • Develop, execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.
  • Secure our SAAS and cloud environments.
  • Audit systems and services to ensure that best security practices are in place.
  • Design device security strategy and cybersecurity architecture.
  • Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure, software and hardware.
  • Use current and develop software to monitor systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions. Ensuring latest updates are implemented timely.
  • Monitor systems for irregular behaviour and set up preventive measures.
  • Plan, develop, implement and update the company's information security strategy.
  • Work with the wider company to maintain our ISO13485 accreditation.
  • Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of relevant IT standards and regulations, security principles, and business processes.
  • Knowledge of information technology strategy development, including network, application, and infrastructure planning

  • Desire to learn fast and challenge yourself.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver
