Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Red Team Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and proactive Red Team Coordinator who acts as a local technical point of contact between our Red Team and our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the maintenance of our Purple Team lab. This role is critical in facilitating the successful execution of Red Team engagements and ensuring all technical and administrative aspects are handled efficiently. This position will be on-site at our client's base in Ogden, Utah. Tasks may include assisting with:

  • Managing the relationships between the stakeholders of the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors.
  • Serving as a local technical point of contact between the Red Team and client. 
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats, addressing client needs, and contributing to the development of a business vision while managing implementation efforts.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure that all Red Team images are properly loaded and functional in the client's environment.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to image deployment and functionality.
  • Analyzing client requirements and creating development strategies to better accomplish team goals
  • Assisting in tracking and managing access permissions for individual Red Team members across various client environments and maintaining accurate records of access credentials. 
  • Partnering with the Purple Team to ensure that the lab is fully functional and meets the needs of both Red and Blue Team exercises.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely updates on the status of Red Team operations and deliverables.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the lab by implementing enhancements and ensuring all components are up-to-date.
  • Supporting the team in scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience supporting technical lab environments 
  • 5+ years experience with virtualization technologies and image deployment
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing role
  • Previous experience working with and leading teams of cybersecurity and platform engineers
  • Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization process
  • Familiarity with offensive and defensive cybersecurity, SIEMs, and cybersecurity software tools
  • Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels
  • Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and promote a teamwork mentality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience guiding others in these areas
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business field
  • US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Clearance 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management and proactive identification of potential risks or challenges
  • Project Management Professional Certification(s)
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and typical tools in a pipeline including SAST/DAST, dependency checkers, unit testing frameworks, and code quality checkers
  • Understanding of cloud environments from major cloud service providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
