Junior Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

MORE THAN JUST A JOB - WHAT TO EXPECT:

• You will assist in the further development of our group-wide compliance management system.
• You will monitor relevant legal developments and compliance trends (sustainability, artificial intelligence, etc.) and derive necessary actions from them.
• You will design and implement innovative compliance training and awareness measures.
• You will create templates, policies, and other compliance-related documents.
• You will handle incoming compliance inquiries and reports through our group-wide whistleblowing system (case management).
• You will participate in compliance projects and represent the compliance department in cross-functional projects.
• You will promote a compliance culture within the company, particularly through the development of target group-specific communication.
• You will work closely with your international team and the Legal, Internal Audit, Data Protection, and Information Security departments.
• You will contribute to reporting on the status of the compliance management system to the board, supervisory board, and other stakeholders.

YOUR PASSION - WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

• You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law and ideally have additional qualifications in compliance.
• Experience in implementing compliance management systems in companies is desirable but not essential.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp and prioritize complex content.
• A high level of responsibility, conscientiousness, and loyalty are natural for you.
