Are you an experienced Internal IT Audit Manager looking for an opportunity to play a key role in our Digital future? Are you a strategic thinker and experienced communicator with deep knowledge of IT systems, risks and controls, who is ready to lead and manage the full IT audits life-cycle? By becoming part of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, testing, and evaluating IT controls across all operations, including compliance with internal policies, regulations and best practices. You will also work closely with our IT, ICT security, and business leaders to ensure audit recommendations are implemented effectively.  

Your responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize IT-related risks, ensuring alignment with the company's existing policies and regulatory standards (incl. COBIT, BSI, GDPR, CSRD, NIST, etc.) 
• Develop and execute a risk-based IT audit plan focused on critical areas within the operations, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, e-commerce, etc. 
• Conduct IT audits and assessments of systems, processes, and controls to identify potential risks and ensure effectiveness and efficiency as well as provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks and improve the IT control environment 
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to follow-up and promote the addressing and resolution of audit findings and also develop and maintain outstanding relationships with the businesses through open and frequent communication 
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive guidance to the business 
• Mentor, and develop your audit colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, providing guidance during internal audit engagements, and reviewing their work to ensure qualitative deliverables 
• Drive innovation within the audit process by leveraging data analytics, automation, and other audit techniques 

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant IT audit and risk management experience 
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and standard regulatory requirements as well as a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and audit practices 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced retail environment 
• Experience in leading and managing audit teams 
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are preferred 
• Fluency in English 
• Academic degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant experience in this field
