Glebe Rd. Arlington, Virginia 22201Clearance Level: Active DoD - Background CheckSUMMARYThe Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the Nation’s risk advisor, working with partners to defend against today’s threats and collaborating to build more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future. In this role, CISA builds the Nation’s capacity to defend against cyber attacks. The Agency works to provide cybersecurity tools, incident response capabilities, and assessment services to safeguard the Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB) ‘.gov’ systems and systems that support national critical functions.CISA Threat Intelligence Enterprise Services (TIES) - The scope of this contract is to develop and establish a CTI exchange platform and data feeds for use.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES·       The employee shall provide engineering and technical support to the clients by developing, engineering, and testing the DevSecOps processes outlined in the systems architecture. ·       The employee shall establish and test CI/CD pipelines for deployment of components that reside in the FedHIVE AWS environment including Cyware modules and container orchestration. ·       The employee shall support integration efforts to include threat intel feeds, IOC/enrichment, TIPs, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and AIS into the CTI Exchange Platform. ·       These focus areas cover the domains of Enterprise Architecture, Test and Evaluation, and Service Operations.
Required Skills·       Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. ·       Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies.·       Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures, analyzes test cases and provides to ensure system requirements are met·       Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products, also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing·       Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design and test tools selection
WORKING CONDITIONSEnvironmental Conditions·       This role will be performed remotely but should be located in the Washington, D.C. area.Strength Demands·       Sedentary – 10 lbs.
