Senior Cybersecurity leader (Future peoject)

What success looks like in this role:

Main Responsibilities

    Technical Leadership:

  Technical Expertise in SIEM and NDR (5+ years): Deep understanding of Exabeam (SIEM) and Darktrace (NDR) solutions, including their configuration, management, and optimization.

  Level 3 Support Experience (5+ years): Proven ability to resolve complex cybersecurity issues, acting as the final escalation point for SIEM and NDR-related incidents.

  Rule and Model Design (3+ years): Experience in designing and implementing SIEM rules and NDR models to improve threat detection.

  Client-Facing Experience (3+ years): Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with clients to provide technical guidance and support.

  Technical Leadership (3+ years): Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior members in cybersecurity practices.

Must Have Skills

•   Experience with Exabeam SIEM/SOAR (1+ years): Skills in Exabeam solutions

•   Experience with Darktrace (1+ years): Skills in Darktrace solutions
• Project Management Experience in Cybersecurity (5+ years): Proven track record of managing and coordinating cybersecurity projects, with a focus on SIEM, NDR, VM, and CTI.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Technologies (5+ years): In-depth understanding of SIEM, NDR, VM, and CTI solutions, including their deployment and operational use.
• Stakeholder Management (3+ years): Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including technical teams and senior management.
• Risk Management (3+ years): Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with cybersecurity projects.
• Documentation and Compliance (3+ years): Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  Certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CEH) (1+ years): Relevant cybersecurity certifications that validate advanced technical skills.

  Experience with Vulnerability Management (1+ years): Familiarity with Tenable solutions and experience in managing vulnerability assessment processes.

  Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (1+ years): Understanding of compliance requirements and how they impact SIEM and NDR implementations.

  Project Management Experience (1+ years): Ability to manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
