Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

Teamlead of Team Development, Architecture & Processes.
Leading as functional and disciplinary Manager.
Consulting of our internal customers.
Coordination and Development of Team.
Development of our existing IAM Tool and further improvement.
Development of IAM processes and further improvement.
Collaboration with internal projects.
Onboarding of applications, design of IAM concepts.

Your Skills and Expertise:

You have a degree in computer science or economics with a focus on computer science or completed training in the IT environment
You have already gained experience in one of the common identity and access management systems such as One Identity, Omada, CyberArk, Sail Point etc. (cloud environment is an advantage)
Proven experience in information security with experience in identity and access management in a highly complex organization with decentralized structures and multiple stakeholders
Experience in hands-on design and implementation of IAM platforms
Good understanding of authentication methods and key IAM technologies used in cloud environments
Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle and service delivery models
You are characterized by a structured and customer-oriented way of working
You communicate in German and English
