As the cloud ecosystem evolves, it brings with it new challenges and vulnerabilities. As a Staff Researcher for SAST at Prisma Cloud, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn from experts, delve deep into the world of static code analysis, and play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks before they reach production.

Your Impact

  • Support the advancement of Prisma Cloud's static analysis capabilities through exploratory research and data analysis
  • Engage with the broader security research community, attending conferences and workshops to enhance your knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to translate research findings into actionable policies
  • Contribute to internal channels, external documentation, and innovative policies for the latest SAST trends and findings
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of programming languages and their associated security challenges

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Proven background in research including application security and static code analysis with 3+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages from Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go
  • A keen interest in cybersecurity and static code analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
