AMDEX is looking for a Project Manager to establish the Cyber Analysis Operations program, leveraging their expertise to assist the government in the design, build, and efficient operation of the program. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, establish standard operating procedures, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, agency requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate advanced skills in cyber threat intelligence (Mitre ATT&CK, Diamond model, etc), cybersecurity fundamentals, trends analysis, and providing analytic support to incident and vulnerability response missions, while ensuring analytic best practices and standards are met.
• Manage the team’s efforts to produce defensible, short-term analysis and dissemination of analytic products, gaining feedback, and answering requests for information under short time constraints.
• The ability to continuously assess and refine processes based on feedback and changing needs is crucial to enhancing operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Manage and deploy project resources.
• Fulfill the task management deliverables within the contract SOW.
• Coordinate with client and staff to ensure specific deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines and communicate any discovered risks and mitigation plans with the Government.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years demonstrated experience as a PM or other managerial positions.
• Current PMP certification or relevant education in lieu of certification.
• Experience in Cybersecurity - security monitoring, analysis and/or incident response, vulnerability management, Assessment & Authorization (A&A).
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience providing technical and strategic direction to program team.
• Demonstrated experience managing, staffing and successfully executing an IT/Cyber program (20+ FTE) for the federal government.
• Understanding and experience with federal contracting.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• CISSP certification or equivalent
• DHS EOD preferred

This position is contingent on contract award.
