AMDEX is looking for a Project Manager to establish cyber operational process and service management landscape, leveraging their expertise to assist the government in the design, build, and efficient operation of the program. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, gather detailed business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, agency requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate advanced skills in business process analysis, business requirements analysis, process reengineering, and continuous improvement practices to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and weaknesses and develop improvement plans.
• Manage the development of comprehensive documentation, facilitating stakeholder feedback, and performing acceptance testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified business requirements.
• Continuously assess and refine processes based on feedback and changing needs is crucial to enhancing operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Manage and deploy project resources.
• Fulfilling the task management deliverables within the contract SOW.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure specific deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines and communicate any discovered risks and mitigation plans with the Government.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years demonstrated experience as a PM or other managerial positions.
• Current PMP certification or relevant education in lieu of certification.
• Experience in Cybersecurity - security monitoring, analysis and/or incident response, vulnerability management, Assessment & Authorization (A&A).
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience providing technical and strategic direction to program team.
• Demonstrated experience managing, staffing and successfully executing an IT/Cyber program (5+ FTE) for the federal government.
• Understanding and experience with federal contracting.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• CISSP certification or equivalent
• DHS EOD preferred

This position is contingent on contract award.
