Job Description

Your Career 

We are looking for a motivated Automation Team Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure automation team in CAS. As an automation Team Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure that supports automation initiatives within the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set strategic direction, plan, execute and manage infrastructure solutions to support the automation goals of the organization. 

Automation tests are a critical part of our testing cycles, and we believe that a good infra is the basis to have a stable, reliable automation as we need. The team is responsible for enabling automation tests in multiple layers (E2E, API, Integration, Contract Components and Unit-Tests) for all teams in CAS, while educating for best practices. 

Your Impact 

  • Own the overall technical roadmap of automation infrastructure - strategy, implementation, execution, tracking and reporting
  • Lead a Team of infrastructure engineers responsible for maintaining and scaling the infrastructure framework
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand their specific automation needs and features requests
  • Partner with software development managers and other leaders to devise test automation strategies to drive the automation and to come up with extensive automation coverage of testing
  • Collaborate with the DevOps teams to ensure test framework and methodologies are integrated with continuous integration
  • Be a technical lead, including responsibility for code reviews

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • At least 5 years of managing automation or dev teams 
  • Hands-on experience writing test automation frameworks and tools
  • Strong technical and leadership skills, proven ability to drive change
  • Excellent communication skills with peers, managers, direct reports, and other individuals in a professional manner, and the ability to present and explain information effectively
  • Good familiarity with DevOps practices, like CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, etc
  • Experience and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS mostly)
  • Ability to work under pressure with extreme deadlines, prioritize projects & tasks, and maintain focus and a sense of humor in a dynamic environment
