We are seeking an accomplished Project/Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization. If you have a passion for ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries, possess excellent communication skills, understand information security concepts, and thrive in creating structure within dynamic environments, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
As a Project / Quality Assurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all group deliverables are completed on time and meet our quality standards. You will be the linchpin that keeps projects on track, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders, and providing valuable feedback to engineers and governance officers. Your role will also involve assisting in documentation, reporting, and governance, as well as creating order out of chaos.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely delivery of all group project deliverables, maintaining a sharp focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Setting targets for milestones and deliveries together with the responsible teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to follow up on progress, communicate expectations, and address any issues or obstacles.
• Excel in communication, fostering effective and transparent interactions with all parties involved.
• Provide constructive feedback to engineers and governance officers, helping to enhance the quality of our projects.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, reports, and governance processes.
• Utilize your organizational skills to bring structure to complex and dynamic situations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Who you are

• Proven experience in project management or quality assurance roles, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with project teams and stakeholders.
• A strong grasp of information security concepts and a commitment to upholding security standards.
• The ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Familiarity with AI-generated texts is an advantage, allowing you to leverage this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
• A talent for creating structure in complex and dynamic environments, ensuring projects remain organized and on target.
