Job Description

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Consultant to install and support our PRO.FILE software at client sites. As an IT Infrastructure Consultant specializing in PRO.FILE solutions, you will play a vital role in the installation and ongoing support of our software solution for new and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with project teams, working together to ensure a smooth transition from initial installation to productive operation of the PRO.FILE software

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful installation and productive operation of the PRO.FILE software solution for new customers.
• Provide support and assistance to existing customers in planning and implementing updates to the PRO.FILE system.
• Engage with customers to capture and discuss their IT-related requirements within the context of PRO.FILE, offering valuable insights and solutions.
• Develop comprehensive IT concepts focused on PLM within on-premise and cloud infrastructures.
• Execute PRO.FILE installations, including initial setups, extensions, and updates, in customer environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) and English
• Experience with IT products in technical environment
• Experience with databases, networks, and IT security (e.g. MS-SQL Server)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
