SOC Manager - APAC

 

Describe the Department

 

The Security Operations Centers mission is to detect, analyze and respond to security incidents in real-time. you will be joining a diverse culture you will work closely with experienced Cyber specialists

 

Enterprise Cyber Security > Global Security Operations Center > Security Operations Center - APAC

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the 24/7 operations to ensure optimal identification / resolution of security incidents.
  • Provide direction, leadership and management of SOC personnel.
  • Conduct mentoring to ensure staff are current with the latest threats and incident response techniques.
  • Develop and maintain an incident response management program that is aligned with NIST framework
  • Ensure SOC policies and procedures are followed.
  • Oversee the collection, documentation and research of security incidents.
  • Deliver the continuous service improvement program for SOC processes.
  • Ensure KPI compliances, process adherence, process improvement to meet operational expectations.
  • Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Management.
  • Providing CISO/Senior Management with a realistic overview of risks and threats in the enterprise environment.
  • Establish SOC performance goals and priorities.
  • Administer performance reviews for SOC personnel

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ Years experience of Managing/handling SOC.
  • 5+ Years experience of Information Security, Engineering, Incident Response, SOC
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks such as ISO27001/2, NIS2, NIST, SOC2
  • Good experience of SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, IAM, IDS/IPS
  • Advanced knowledge of best practice standards and procedures regarding data security and infrastructure security.
  • Ability to prioritize and drive results with a high emphasis on quality.
  • Good time management and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills.
