AMDEX is looking for a CIRCIA Compliance Process Manager SME in support of Cyber Security operational processes. 

• Operationally manage compliance activities or support the government in performing these functions. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders, facilitate effective communication, and ensure the continuous improvement of compliance processes to meet regulatory standards. 
• Must proactively identify and address compliance challenges, fostering a culture of adherence to process requirements, and driving the successful implementation of related compliance activities. 

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5+ years demonstrated expertise in working within new and evolving Cyber compliance process areas.
• Strong ability to support the development of new processes and procedures. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, facilitate change management activities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• CISSP or similar certification preferred.

This position is contingent on contract award.
