AMDEX is looking for a Geospatial Analyst SME to support the client ensuring adherence to CISA standard operating procedures, quality control standards, and best practices for analytical products and services. 

• Combining traditional cyber indicators with a geospatial platform, to assist in the discovery and prioritization cyber threats. 
• Pull, manipulate, task, and manage imagery from multiple customer repositories. 
• Develop products to inform and understand geographical environment. 
• Produce and manage usable map layers (kmz, kml). 
• Develop and document repeatable and effective processes for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WIs).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years demonstrated experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) providing situational awareness for cybersecurity events and fusing location and cyber activity data and other information to better anticipate, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents.
• Proficient with imagery tools: ArcGIS, Remote View, SOCET GXP, Google Earth, and other IC tools. 

This position is contingent on contract award.
