AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Cyber Analyst SME to support the client ensuring adherence to CISA standard operating procedures, quality control standards, and best practices for analytical products and services. 

  • Analyze cybersecurity reporting, both vulnerability (environmental) and threat (actor) related.
  • Develop and document repeatable and effective processes for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WIs). 
  • Review CIRCIA reporting for operational relevance and alignment to CISA priorities.
  • Analyze CIRCIA reporting and other data sets to inform CISA leadership and recommend adjustments to the triage of reporting based on changes in the operational environment and adversary activities.
  • Perform analysis providing context to CIRCIA reporting in relation to CISA missions.
  • Perform continual analysis of cyber analytic requirements.
  • Support tracking and routing of inbound and outbound information and production requirements to fill information and analytic gaps.
  • Match information assets/capabilities against information requirements/information needs.
  • Ensure critical and priority information requirements are gathered in time to meet current operational needs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 10+ years demonstrated expertise in investigating, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. 
  • Strong ability to support the development of new processes and procedures. 
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, process monitoring, and continuous improvement to maintain high standards of compliance and operational integrity.
  • CISSP or similar certification highly preferred.


This position is contingent on contract award.
